Developing the Case Studies

The method used to pursue this programme of work is described, showing the iterative steps taken by the participants to develop critically reflective case studies, analyse and discuss them and to highlight learning.

Frontline Methodology

The case studies all drew on a methodology developed by the Global Network for Disaster Reduction designed to promote local learning and action. This methodology is examined critically in the following paper:
